Passive: 'Someone has cleaned the office.'
Passive: 'They are testing the software.'
have / get + object + past participle = someone else does it for you (or it happens to you).
Rewrite: 'A mechanic fixed my car.'
Rewrite: 'Someone stole her phone.'
